Μία απλή συνταγή με τυρί Σφέλα:

2 Rusksfrom Mani

1 mature tomato cut in cues

1/2 cup of tea graded Sfela

Olive OIL

Oregano

Salt

balsamic vinegar

1.Soak the rusks till they become soft.

2.Put in a plate the rusks and drop on to them (sprinkling) balsamic vinegar.Add the tomato cubes and the grated Sfela.

3. Drop salt and oregano for a more rinse taste.

Your dish is ready.
