Graviera with brand name Graviera Polyphemus (in Greek language Γραβιέρα Πολύφημος) is produced from fresh,pasteurized  sheep’s and/or goat’s milk.This milk comes exlcusively Messinia-Greece. Eat it raw or use it to gratins or other grilled dishes. In greek kitchen it is used on several types of pies like spinach pies.

In Greece , Graviera is concidered a premium cheese because of its amazing buttery aftertaste .

  • Maximum humidity      :      38%
  • Produce,Rennet,Salt.

A few words about Graviera:

Graviera originates from Swiss city Gravyere. In Greece are produced several types of Graviera. Graviera is the second most popular cheese is the most popularity in Greece after Feta cheese.Graviera has a sweetish taste and a nice roasted odor.
